I don't know what has happened with Rosin in the last year but service has declined dramatically. I've been going to Rosin for 20yrs. They used to have good communication when you need a renewal appointment and when it was time to order contacts, now there's no communication. I recently called to reorder my contacts, had to leave a message, no one called back for 4 days at which point I called again and and try to order only to be told that I couldn't order because I was 2 weeks past my annual appt. everytime you call to speak to someone they never answer. I was told 2 weeks for my glasses it’s been a month
I was pleased with my glasses, however, now that my glasses are broken and they’re now only open 1 day a week at the same time that I’m at work, I have the choice of taking off work to get my glasses repaired or going to another location which is too far for me to travel.
Bought several pairs of glasses here. Doc prescribed what I needed. Good selection. Over time, if I needed a repair the doc’s hours are late on weekdays and he fixed them during visit.
