Super rude staff when I came in about my kids glasses that had completely broken when they 'fixed' them two weeks prior. Was short, not helpful and when I said we will just go somewhere else. Was quick to name no one will be able to help me and it's the law to get a new prescription. Maybe I interrupted something but hope others don't have that experience because never really felt like that before in a previously paid in, and not cheap either, establishment.
Dr Tran and the ladies at the front were great. It’s clear everybody likes working there. I’m glad I found an optometrist I like closer to home.
Visited twice because my eyes have been burning, itching, and sensitive to light. First time I went I got a thorough exam but the doctor, Shrey Patel seemed like he was “trying” to be polite but was clearly getting agitated with me when I was simply explaining my situation. Was convinced that day to pay $400 for my glasses because they supposedly upped my prescription.
