The experience was prompt, efficient and friendly. Update December, 2024: Yesterday, I made my second failed trip to this location to get my glasses adjusted. They were closed. Again. There is a sign on the door in a tiny font to challenge most people who wear glasses with their hours, however, their website today is showing hours for October. I have never seen a retail business that keeps such hours. As of this morning, my glasses still need adjusting.
Excellent Service when you get serviced (I'm told). However, while in town this November, I've been to the business on a few occasions trying to assist an elderly relative and even some of the dates it shows will be opened it hasn't been the case OR not opened at the time displayed. Called on three of those days, no response. Respectfully, need to own your word or update the dates displayed. Merry Christmas.
