Impeccable service. Incredible craftsmanship. Amazing results! We had our red oak kitchen floor and entryway refinished, and the rest our home (1st floor), we had the carpets removed and brand new red oak hardwood floors installed. Dale and Joe were friendly and had only our best interest in mind. Within 6 working days, we had gleaming, brand new flooring that has made a huge difference in the look (and value) of our home. Very accommodating, they were able to split the job to coincide with a family vacation. Also let me change some choices mid project, with no difficulty. Dale and his helper did a great job on our floors refinishing them. They look brand new. And no dust! Would definitely recommend him if you are looking to do your floors.
What a great company to work with!! I had no idea about hardwood floors but Dale & Joe sure do! They work like a well-oiled machine.I had 9 estimates & encounters with various companies. Dale came to our new house and was professional right from the start. We had two different color stains in the kitchen & living room and the living room needed some new white oak pieces put in.
