We used to compete professionally on the BBQ circuit so needless to say we are very picky when it comes to BBQ, so for us to go the Rosie's means a lot. Their food is top notch, their service friendly, their staff knowledgeable. Our go to if we don't feel like spending 12 hours smoking our own.
So good. We’re on holiday from the UK and happy to have stopped here. We will be back before we head home.
The food was delicious. It was like a soul food restaurant and the atmosphere was great.

My first time in Kissimmee and saw an ad for Rosie's and since we both like Bar-B-Q we decided to try it more so because it wasn't a chain. I got the pulled chicken with 1 side and he got the brisket with 2 sides. Mine was very good! Thoroughly enjoyed it! The brisket was very tender and the sweet Bar-B-Q sauce was perfect with the brisket. The service was great and the atmosphere was enjoyable. Especially liked the music. It's on our list for our next visit.
My husband and I loved the food. Good portions too.
