Just okay customer service! They are expecting you to know everything about ordering flowers which I don't do on a daily basis as nd it is not my business!
How can businesses stay open if they lack customer service skills? Honestly, making a noise because they have to stop and take an order over the phone,? I will be calling another florist.
My flowers were delivered to the wrong address.. Someone wound up bringing the card to my office but then told me the flowers were dead.
I used Rosie's to send flowers to a friend in Baltimore. The order process was seamless and they flowers delivered right on time and looked great!
