Good The mambo taxis are good and so are the chips & salsa but the food is way too salty. A nice place to go if you just want a few drinks.
Disappointing I have been a huge fan of Rosie's for years, but I went today and the food definitely was not the same. The food was dry and not freshly prepared. It tasted like it had been sitting on a warming tray for hours, much like a dry hamburger you would get from McDonald's would taste. In the past the food was fresh out of the oven and piping hot. Mexican Food For Thought Rosies is the absolute best if you want Mexican Food. The service is wonderful.. quick... courteous. We have been going here for the past several years and have never received anything but perfection. The price is moderate but the portions are so large that most things can be split between two people.
Not Good. The food here is bland, overcooked, uncreative, and certainly not Mexican. The restaurant seems to be popular with folks who go for the chochky on the walls rather than the food on the plate. Avoid it.
Best Mexican in Huntsville My family relocated here 5 years ago and were encouraged to try Rosie's and we love it! Our food is always fresh, hot and is out in a flash even if we do have to wait. The greeters, servers as well as managers are always friendly too! My suggestions to those who say the "wait is too long", that is always a very good sign of good food!
great mexican atmosphere and food Rosie's is one of my family's favorite places to eat, and i reccommend it to all who enjoy Mexican food. The waiters/waitresses are all very personable and serve very well. The food is very tasty, and everything on their menu is fresh and authentic. the prices are comparable to all other like restaraunts, and the atmosphere is just like what you would picture a small, lively Mexican cantina to be like. i will definitely eat there again - maybe tonight!
Not authentic Mexican food! Rosie's food is not authentic Mexican and the flavor is very bland. Any authentic Mexican restaurant in town beats them outright. They do have a wonderful atmosphere though.
