Rosie is an expert in brow care and shaping and always leaves my brows in great shape. She is a great teacher. Very happy with my lash lift too.
I have always found the service amazing. I want to respond to a recent review concerning the cancelation policy... Not sure why this is being framed as unreasonable. Most businesses that rely on bookings have some form of cancellation or no-show policy. When you book a time, that slot is held for you and someone else misses out. If you don’t show up, the business still wears the cost. Don’t attend unless you want to part ways for no service. Wow oh wow! We miss an appointment due to an incorrect scheduling issue (our end), called up to try and reschedule to be faced with “I’ve had xx no shows today, I’m a small business, you need to pay again” etc. Completely appreciate the cost of living situation but sorry, you’re not a subscription based service nor do you have a contract in place…If a business is that volatile for $30, maybe take a course is financial management or learn how to run a business properly... read more
I find Rosie to be the only person who can care and look after my brows correctly. I have had to change appointments in the past and I always feel bad as I know she's always under the pump and busy. She is always accommodating and finds the next possible appointment. The fact that she has so many loyal and happy customers speaks louder than anything!
