Report Saginaw Housing Commission & Betty King to HUD. This place should be condemned.
I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. This place has a bed bugs and a roach infestation. There are people who don't live here peeing and pooping in the stairwells and people sleep anywhere but the apartments they are "visiting" i put visiting in quotes because they're not visiting they are soliciting everywhere else but the place they claim to be visiting.
It is so unsafe here. The residents are not in a safe environment and some of them are creating that non-safe environment which management is perfectly aware of. The building is also not safe. Also management is aware of that. It is constantly trashed. Very hazardous in my unit and also around the entire building. The building is also cockroach and bed bug infested that they say they "are taking care of" which is not true. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE EVER!!! This building is discussing the housing commission should be ashamed of they self the entire building infested with bedbugs and roaches and the ms.Denise dont care about the bug problem I seen bedbugs and roaches in all the common areas of the building even the elevator something has to be done ....
