This is a list of negative experiences with a Rosie Rourke buyer's agent: 1. Resale certificate delivery to buyer inadvertently delayed (certificate was executed and available to seller's agent on May 27 yet not made available to the buyer until Monday June 7 in the late afternoon via email). Buyer's agent asked buyer to read over 200 pages (where most pages were unreadable due to poor scanning) within 2 days for a response due back to seller's agent the morning of Thursday June 10.
