Rosie was helping my family to lease a house in Ridgewood in summer of 2024 under extremely tight timeline. She monitored closely the available houses and made appointments as soon as they went on market. She even went for the appointments and sent us videos when we couldn’t find time to check out the houses. It was a very competitive market for renter and we eventually leased a satisfactory house for our family with her professional help. Highly recommend her for your real estate transactions!

Rosie did a phenomenal job, She has a real fashion sense and did a great job of staging. She did things we never would of thought of but after words were clearly big improvements. She also produced a film using a drone that showed the advantage of the houses location. The open house was a big success resulting in many offers over ask (incidentally her list price was greater than we were told was appropriate by other brokers).
