Terrible. We used Felicia as our wedding florist. We did not get what we paid for, what she promised us, or what was in our signed contract. We paid for them to decorate the poles of a chuppah for us to get married under. I showed Felicia pictures of what we wanted and she took flowers from her shop and put them together to show me what it would look like.
