I clearly asked for the color of the fourth photo to be done on my ends like in the fifth. That's not at all what I got. There was a clear miscommunication even though I booked a consultation the day before, and I ended up with a vibrant hot pink. Even if you ignore the horrible color, the application and cut are blotchy and uneven at best. I really don't like to leave reviews like this, but I truly wouldn't recommend coming here.
