A very knowledgeable and kind Dr. I really like going to her for my care. The only negative is trying to get to speak to her on the phone, very bad answering service, please make it easier to reach Dr. Rosie Lyo.

Extremely inconsiderate with paper work. Dr. Lyo is a sweet woman and good doctor, but I have been trying to get a hold of my physical from December for over 3WEEKS. I need this physical for a job Im trying to get as a patient care aide. Without this physical I can't work and I cant pay bills, I've been explaining this to the receptionist for over 3 weeks and the only answer I get is "we'll call you back".
