Dr Shetty is always so kind and willing to listen. I'm so grateful to have her as my PCP through the years and changes in my health.
There is something that comes to mind that rhymes with this doctors name. Completely dropped the ball on my Grandma's health. Underplayed all symptoms, specifically a chronic cough lasting for months that required a chest xray, not simple antibiotics. The chronic cough was due to lung cancer that was caught too late. We will never know how much longer she might have had to spend with family if a true Healthcare professional was appointed instead.

This is a bullsht BTC. I saw one of her Nurse Practitioners, and she walked out on me for wanting an increase in anti-anxiety medication! F.U.C.K. YOU!
I will say Dr. Shetty was kind and professional-mannered. However, the exam felt extremely rushed and incomplete. I did not feel that Dr. Shetty was attentive to all my concerns, but rather just wanted to give me a quick fix. Possible side affects of new prescriptions were not explained. My time with her and the nurse combined was probably only 10 minutes.
I recommend you do not see this doctor. Her hours are very minimal if you work a typical job until 4 pm you will need to take off to see her. Through my experiences with doctors , Dr Shetty is the most uncaring doctor I have ever been too. I saw her for a physical , she referred me to a GI doctor what appears to be solely by location of my address and he had such awful reviews I couldn’t comfortably go to him. I’ve had a hard time with doctors not taking my complaints seriously. She really took time to listen to what was going on with me and was very thorough. It was very promising to hear that she was going to help me and make sure I was okay (which I haven’t heard often). Definitely would recommend her to EVERYONE!
I saw her on the 1st of June New patent exam. I had all my records sent ahead. I was here 2hrs and saw her 10 minute and she walked out. Just walked out Very rude, curt, and unprepard for my major medical issues.
