Dr. Roshni Patel has exceeded all of my expectations. I came to her via a recommendation from my wife. I was considering knee surgery or possibly even knee replacement. I've been dealing with chronic pelvic pain since 2021 and my doctor recommended me for spinal cord stimulation surgery I just need to do the testing to be considered. Do you guys do that?
Impossible! If you are a private practice that is out of pocket, you need to be more customer friendly, which this practice is not. You book a $450 'appointment' which is a sales call, for the offer a $2500 PRP injection and $150 per follow up appointment. Then when you try to book, the office is closed one day, she only does follow ups one day, she is in court one day, she leaves by 1 this day, so it better fit into your 15 minutes they offer you. Horrible customer service. Lots of better options for PRP out there.
I have been seeing Dr Patel since 2015, I am a retired 24 year combat veteran in the US military. , I have done 5 tours in the Middle East. My body has been through a lot of physical challenges. Dr Patel has help me deal with my pain with various treatments available. Dr Patel and her staff are very compassionate and helpful. I highly recommend her and her practice.
