Horrible service from their admin. Misses to send my refill always to my pharmacy. I have been taking OLMESARTAN 20mg every day and they dont send refill request. On top of that they sent some ghost bill during pandemic telling that we took phone consultation. Crazy.. !
There's nothing wrong with the doctor when she's available, however the office seems to be completely unorganized during this pandemic. At first I was understanding, but now it's just ridiculous. For a month now, both me and my pharmacy have tried to contact them so I can get refills on my prescription. After a few weeks of leaving voice messages, I could no longer send anything due to the inbox being full. The staff is very rude, because the doctor is rude. She will not response to calls. We have been trying to reach her in emergency she did not respond to us and told us to go hosiptal. we went to hospital and she didn't check upon us.I would not recommend her to any family.
She billed my insurance for things I never got done. When I confronted her she had no answer because she knew what she's been doing the whole time. I changed doctors fast!
