You want to live with cockroaches???! Come to Enclave. You will be well served!!! Moved out two months ago now, and still haven’t received my deposit back. Despite multiple follow-ups, management hasn’t responded. And when you call they are very unprofessional It’s disappointing and against the law to hold onto deposits this long .
Extremely poor maintenance and upkeep. Frequent sights of roaches and garbage left outside of designated disposal area. Elevators get stuck at times. And you can also smell urine in the hallway. Definitely needs new management. It was never like that when it was known as The Point.
I called several times and visited the leasing office in person multiple times, but I was never able to reach anyone. Every time I went, the office was closed despite the posted business hours. The management is extremely poor, and they do not follow the schedule they advertise. This level of unprofessionalism is very disappointing.
Im sorry to break it to you all but this place kinda sucks all the photos are all BULLCRAP. The photos you see on the site and once you put "Enclave Silver Spring apartments" are all a scam. It’s just to get that persons attention and say "omg look at these beautiful apartments…" I Can start with a lot… but let me say this. i’m very grateful I have a roof over my head ! I applied for a rental, was approved for the apartment. I never heard anything back from the leasing office. I called and called and called. Nobody ever picks up the phone despite me leaving messages. I had to physically go back up there. One of the staff members acted like they didn’t want to help.
