I don't think reception actually answers the phone, just puts people on hold and never returns. The only way I have gotten through I by calling repeatedly and shouting over them to please not put me on hold. The online booking is great but please take out the middlewomen at the front desk and replace them with an online cancellation and rebooking system. I have brought both my parents in as they are new to Sherwood Park. They are both in their 80's. The staff and doctor were so kind and patient with them. Everyone is so nice.. so happy we found them!!
This clinic is poorly run, and is a gong show. Please listen to the reviews. You can barely get a hold of the front staff, they put you on a 20-40 minute hold. Not only that, their customer service etiquette is horrible. They’re rude, and not personable. I just received a confirmation text of my appointment but the doctor was some random doctor, I called the clinic and they said it was a mistake and I’d have to wait longer for my own doctor. I had booked an appointment for a meet and greet as I heard wonderful reviews about Dr.Olajide. It got rescheduled after 2 weeks so I rebooked which added 3 more weeks to my wait. Day of I show up and I am told since my other doctor, who is at the other Rosewood, is my family doctor (of maybe a year) and I am not allowed to switch doctors. No one could have picked up the phone to tell me that when I waited over a month to see this doctor?
