WARNING. Dr Alfegi is a careless and irresponsible doctor and SHOULD NOT BE PRACTICING MEDICINE. He immediately misdiagnosed my condition with little to no examination and had me wait NINF MONTHS for a specialist appointment, only to be told that there was nothing they could help me with as my condition had nothing to do with their field of expertise. Everytime I have come here I have been very impressed with the relatively short wait times and friendly staff. I called anxious about waiting for an appointment for test results and the staff was so accommodating and let me come in immediately.
I have been seeing Dr Hatem Abujnah for nearly 3 years, first at the original clinic and subsequently at the wellness clinic. He thorough and willing to discuss remedial health recommendations. I have found that the front end staff have always been friendly and efficient. I have never had to wait more than a few minutes. I certainly don't understand the negative comments from a number of reviewers. They have a number of Doctors accepting patients and would suggest folks who don't have a family Doctor to check them out.
Dr Hana is a gem. Very thorough and caught a serious condition with careful screening. As a nurse I am very grateful for her care. Staff are friendly and efficient. Clinic is clean and well run.
Honestly, I’ve had a reasonable to amazing experience with the doctors here ... they’ve been knowledgeable and supportive. Unfortunately, the front-end experience has been consistently poor. Despite often having multiple staff at the desk, phone calls frequently go unanswered, with wait times exceeding 30 minutes.
