I came to visit family after she had surgery and these apartments will tow you in the middle of the day! Imagine helping your grandmother to her THIRD FLOOR APARTMENT and getting her settled in while WAITING for her home health aide only to find your car TOWED fifteen minutes later!! NO ONE IN THERE RIGHT MIND SHOULD MOVE TO THIS PLACE. MANAGEMENT IS TRIFLIN AND MAINTENCE IS LAZY. THEY DONT FIX ANYTHING AND ROOFS LEAK. MINE CAVED IN. SO FOR THE SAFETY OF U AND UR FAMILY DNT DO IT. ALSO ROACH POOP THAT WAS ON THE WALL THEY PAINTED OVER IT LIKE IT WASNT EVEN THERE
Lived there for a year with option to renew. Management is barely present and never returns calls. Paid my rent on time, if not early every month. When I moved, it took them 3 months to give me my security deposit back, even with letters and emails from regional and on site office saying they owed me. Had to hire a real estate lawyer to finally get refund. Renter beware
Today is Tuesday, June 9, 2020. The assistant property manager and the only leasing associate walked around the apartment complex today handing out violation letters. They knocked on my door to give me a letter stating I’m in violation for having a grill on my porch. My Grill has been on my porch for 2-3 days. They said that there is a seven day period to fix such violations and after that, if the issue is not dealt with but there is a seven day eviction notice served.
