I have lived here for 6yrs !! No problems & feel safe !!
Mr and Mrs Poteat were great Manger and Maintenance I lived there for awhile.
My Mama lived here for 3yrs up until she passed away in July 2017. Mrs. Judy, the landlady, is the sweetest person you could ever hope to meet. Wilson, her husband and maintenance man is a great guy and fixes things quickly and efficiently. Very kind neighbors also. Thank y'all for all y'all did for her.
