Buenas tardes me dirigo ante ustedes con su debido respeto para formular una queja o inquired ya que realize mi pago el día viernes 4/3/26 y fue rechazado dos veces lo cual lo intente una vez más desde otra cuenta de débito y me lo aceptó y parece que por tal razón me colocaron recargo de un monto excesivo lo cual no veo justo porque realize el pago automáticamente de otra cuenta el mismo día

I had a really great experience visiting Courtyard of Roses. From the moment I walked into the office, the staff was very welcoming. They even offered me a beverage and had snacks available, which was a really nice touch. Everyone was easy to talk to and took the time to answer my questions without making the visit feel rushed.
