Victornian Terrace-St. Cloud Victorian Terrace is a terrible place to live! It's about 2 feet from the train tracks, the other residents are loud and inconsiderate, they park in your RESERVED parking spot AND my car got vandalized! NOT recommended!!!!!!
Many complexes Very good location, close to shopping, restraunts and schools. The rental staff is easy to deal with and very helpful. The apartments are clean and updated appliances. The 3 bedroom is smaller then many in the area, but is also one of the cheaper rents for a 3 bedroom. the one bedroom with den is almost the same size! Rent for both places is pretty average to the area. The east side apartment I lived in is not in a very good neighborhood, but is ok if you are of the younger crowd.
