I like that they get to know the residents & their preference in everything from food to leisure. They even n get to know the frequent visitors and..greet them by name.
Very nice place to stay and nice staff and free breakfast was great �
The people at Rosewood were great to me. I came there all busted up after a motorcycle accident and they healed me. The physical and occupational therapists were very patient, caring and knowledgeable and helped me over a difficult road to recovery. The nursing staff and AIDS were great and took good care of me. I will never forget the people at Rosewood and the time I spent there.
The staff at Rosewood has been incredible!! They stop by my grandmother's room to say hi and introduce themselves. They come right in when she presses the call bell. And they're incredibly friendly and accommodating!!!!! Anytime I need information about my grandmother they're happy to spend time and give me an update. From the receptionist at the front desk to the folks in the kitchen - they are top-notch!
