This business is only interested in collectning your monthly rent. Don't expect any help in assistance with repairs or anything else. I moved in to a dirty rental. They said it was a new rental for them and accepted no responsibility. I made a list of things that needed to be fixed. They were either not fixed in 2 years or I was told how to fix them myself. They are the worst rental company I've ever dealt with... they are a slum lord at best. They keep your money when they have no right too. They don't fix things when you need it and are very rude and unresponsive to needs once you pay rent... stay away from them unless you want taken advantage of.

This is a security deposit dispute between the owner of the property and the tenant. Due to the tenant touching up paint in the wrong color throughout the home he was charged for repainting. Our lease and addendums specifically tell tenants that painting is not allowed for these exact reasons.
