When you first move in you have high hopes! You are at the bottom of the list by maintenance unless you have dollars in your hands, the grounds are poorly kept, the don't do a nice job and they leave the porches a mess! Management will tell you oh well clean it off yourself! For the most part the residents are clicky, always downing someone, mostly management, I really liked the office people when I first moved in but they change things all the time, and unless your read one of their many bulletin board you don't know. Winter ice is poorly controlled and you have to pay maint. To scoop your little porch. Even through this is senior living they consider you on your own. Their activities are few, unless a resident does it themselves, if I knew what I know now I would not rent from them. And if none of this matters the apts are very nice.
