I really hope this place gets cleaned up... I continue to see the dumpsters full and piled high with belongings not even in bags! All kinds of sofas, beds, mattress after mattress ect. placed inside and outside of the dumpsters continuously for 3 to 4 weeks now if not longer.. After seeing the last review of them having issues with bedbugs and roaches I'm horrified that this stuff is going to spread throughout the neighborhood.. DO NOT SIGN A LEASE HERE! (1) I’ll start off with the fact that my move in day I couldn’t move in because the unit was absolutely disgusting along with multiple things still needing fixed. (2) Three months into living here I started seeing roaches in my kitchen. I asked for months on end that both neighboring units be treated as I believed they were coming from the neighbor to my right. Billie Jean Graco is a great manager,we are very lucky to have her!
The place is not the same. We had an Amazing manager her name is Tara.As a manager she was polite & care about tenants & their needs . Unfortunately I heard that the company fired her. What a shame . She care about ythe tenants always greeted us with a smile. Now everything went to the dumps. She had lots of plans for the community. We need someone like her.
