I hate to be a jerk, but the woman who wrote a bad review of our community, the management, maintenance staff, etc is a delusional idiot. She claims racism anytime things do t go her way. My personal experience is that EVERYONE is treated exactly the same. Everything is handled with the utmost expediency and the staff is responsible, respectful and polite.
