Do not rent at this establishment. I was a renter there for 5 years and paid on-time, every time, and gave a sixty day notice as expected by a tenant. Before I departed I mentioned to the maintenance person that I was going to paint and he said he had to paint anyway, so don't bother. I check with him again about a week before moving a was told the same thing. I Checked again the day I moved and he said, while he was in my apartment, I told you don't worry about it.
