>In my last review, which I have withdrawn, I mentioned that I wasn't happy with the current manager and how she mistreats and in my opinion, takes advantage of longterm tenants. That has not changed, but I have worked out an agreement with the upper management, Luke, who was at least willing to listen and address my problem. I don't know how I feel about Rosewood Manor now, other than I did enjoy most of my time there. Do not rent at this establishment. I was a renter there for 5 years and paid on-time, every time, and gave a sixty day notice as expected by a tenant. Before I departed I mentioned to the maintenance person that I was going to paint and he said he had to paint anyway, so don't bother. I check with him again about a week before moving a was told the same thing. I Checked again the day I moved and he said, while he was in my apartment, I told you don't worry about it.
