Can’t reach maintenance for help! I have no hot water! No one will answer the phone! Just a recording that I can’t understand!!! This is ridiculous!
Office staff very helpful. You feel safe there. Overall nice place to stay.
I got a UTI from the pool. It left me with loss of feelings in my feet and grip in my fingers. I had to be hospitalized. I had to have the corporate office okay my son to stay with me while I had two procedures, second procedure is scheduled for after Thanksgiving hopefully I will not be anemic .The corporate office was very helpful, otherwise except we’ll I better not say. The maintenance people are great and Sharon. Thankful that the corporate office was so helpful
