VERY DISAPPOINTED in Rosewood's customer service. My gas heater failed after 6 years (out of warranty...heaters do not get a lot of use in Phoenix). The repairman said the drain port on the heater still had the factory installed plug in it, and the drain tube was not installed. Therefore it was an installation problem, and the condensation stayed inside the heat exchanger. I strongly suspect that Rosewood or their AC/Heater contractor could have examined the damage to determine if the repairman's assessment was accurate ... read more
DO NOT take any of the dates they give you seriously! They will tell you one thing and their actions will be another. What builder would want, or expect a buyer to close over the Christmas and New Years Holiday? Do you really think you will be able to get the utilities, data, window coverings and every other service you will need to move in over the holidays.
