Slum Lord. This house was covered in filth and they got the carpets cleaned when the furnace didnt work and it was 20 degrees outside. that carpets smell the house is covered filth. They cut corners and use spit and glue to fix everything and dont want to spend the money to fix anything correctly. the houses they have are poverty level section 8. Horrible person to work with or rent from . BEWARE
Dave Fitzpatrick is a really nice landlord and a nice guy. When I have needed major repairs he gets someone out to my place iimmediately.
