Rosewood Heating and Cooling was extremely responsive when my furnace went defective suddenly. This happened during this winter (Jan). Jason was patient, understanding and empathetic. He managed to come the same day and replaced my furnace, there were no upsell at all. If you are looking for an honest and top notch services for your furnace at a decent price, this company is the Best!
The owner of this company truly deserves five stars. He is professional, serious, responsible, patient, and very detail-oriented. He helped me install the original heater spare parts for free, carefully explained how the heater works, and taught me how to properly maintain it. This is a very trustworthy business, and I highly recommend it.
