Jason was great! On a couple of occasions now he has looked after me and also my family. Always professional, attentive and careful with your home. Great value and also always on time. His word is his word and it’s very hard to find that today.
It’s really hard to find a trustworthy and professional technician these days, but Jason was truly exceptional. Within minutes of arriving at my home, he accurately identified the issue with my AC. After inspecting the outdoor unit, he went straight to the basement to adjust the fan speed, then added refrigerant. The problem was resolved quickly! The thick copper pipe on the outdoor unit became cold and moist, and the air coming from the vents noticeably cooled down. I’m very satisfied and highly recommend him!
