The staff was really sweet but Cindy Sun was horrible. She doesn't know a single thing about mental health and only seems to know the basics of what a nurse would know and the nurse had more knowledge and respect then she did. She told the staff loudly how she just wanted to go home during our visit. I think this is probably one of the worst visits I've had and I greatly think she should choose another profession if she only cares about the money.

Four stars because I like Dr. Sun so much. She takes my pain seriously and treats me with nothing but care and respect. One star taken off because it’s been weeks and I’m still waiting on a referral for a specialist.

I really appreciate Brooke Lowry! She came from another practice .When she left I inquired where she had gone. She has been a big help with my physical health but also my mental health

Dr. Sun provides unacceptable care. She needs courses in trauma informed care and cultural awareness. She literally doesn't care how you feel. If it can't be shown on test, she doesn't care. Pain patients beware. They use to have a Dr. Wong who was amazing. She understood the struggles of chronic illness. The nurses have been a blessing and I wish they worked with better doctors.
