I moved out of the home 08/01/2025, after my year lease was up, I left the home in great condition and I was told my security deposit of over $1,000 dollars would be mailed to my new address, it is now October 2 months later and I have yet to receive the deposit back with so many excuses as to why my money has not been sent. I bought my house in 2015 and have gone through a lot of property managers which has not been easy. My biggest concern is the water to the property is always getting turned off and then the next month I see on my invoice my water bill has increased, I have had this happen how twice this year. I try to call and nobody seems to answer or call back, leaving me to email corporate which still doesn't seem to help. I have to physically go to the office to get anything done. I have been living here for about 5 years . The community has been going downhill ever since the new management took over a few months ago. My fiancé went to the office to wait for our daughter to arrive w the bus and she called the cops and trespassed him . SMH if you can’t handle a few questions or a male in your presence get a different job.
