High staff turnover because everyone either gets fired or quits because of the administration. Family members often move loved ones out because they fear for the safety of the loved one. Very little activities for the residents...many are left alone with no stimulation. Constantly understaffed. Caregivers are easily frustrated.
High staff turnover. Nursing staff turnover a lot. Unhappy families and workers. Many families move them out.
So sad to watch this once lovely and caring community go downhill so fast. Caring loving people are getting fired, caregivers are over worked, and friends and families of residents are frustrated. Many families can see the lack of activities for the residents has taken its toll on their loved ones.
There is poor continuity of care for the residents; the staff leaves or gets fired so often! The care givers try hard, they care, but they are too busy. I don't think the management understand what it takes to care well for the patients the food is good.
