This location used to be my go-to. Unfortunately I lost two well loved sweaters which were shrunk and pilled beyond belief. When I called I was asked to come back in with the sweaters, where the owner promptly told me off for coming back in and asking for a refund. I dropped my complaint, but I will not be returning here. I’m so disappointed to lose my clothes especially after asking each time to warn me prior to leaving my clothes with them.
