I am a transfer student at Clemson and recently took a self-guided tour of your property /office was close. I like the exterior of the buildings but during my visit, I noticed that it is not amenities, just a small pool. Given that online rates seem very high compared to nearby properties like The Ridge and Maverick, which offer private shuttles and more extensive amenities. The boats and jet skis on-site maybe is a property amenity but not sure. The parking lot was overcrowded, also noticed a strong odor of green stuff .
