Great experience renting from Rosewood, good community with a super nice and accommodating property manager!
Perfect location and apartments are in great condition! I love Rosewood at Clemson. Anthony does an amazing job at making sure we are happy and comfortable at Rosewood. The apartments are 8-10 min driving from Clemson and 2-5 min from Ingles and Walmart, also the Catbus stop is close to here. We relocated from another Southwood realty property and there is a reason that we love this company, the service is always above and beyond, the apartment are nice , very clean and spacious.This is a safe place to live for any college s... read more
