I rented my unit June 1st. 2025 , didn’t officially move in until August 1st. 2025 Had leaks from June 25th, molded balcony door (door was replaced) small room window leaked every time it rained. Thanks to a Neighbor for braking the ice on concerns with appliances at this location .I have been waiting since 2021 for a working stove. Keep replacing parts new element, didn’t even test it after installing it . I couldn’t even cook a Turkey for Christmas dinner for my family for 2 years now. I’m at a lost on what to do next. I most say I did get a new fridge finally but I need a working oven. If anyone has a suggestion on what to do next please let me know . Staff at Rosewood are Fabulous, friendly helpful. He is very kind Always helpful. Concerns out of his control, he can only do so much with his hands tied. My fridge brook down Christmas day, received a used temporary very small trailer size fridge and this temporary fridge has been freezing my food for months and I have made complaints and still nothing.
