Christie treats us like kids, nosy, keepint track. Mommy tells us to clean r rooms or get kicked out. If u like living with a control freak, this is ur place. Only time u see hubbie is mowing.
places look nice on the outside but inside and maintence and manager are rude and too darn nosy and watch everything and everyone that comes in and out of your place. they look at your trash when you throw it in the dumpster. ugh terrible place.
Rosewood is a wonderful place to live. I lived there for a year and 1/2 until my family and I bought our first home. The grounds are well kept. Always clean. The manager and maintance man, Nice people. Always tryin to make sure everything meets great specifications to make it feel more "home" like. They are strict, but I was very glad. I didnt want to risk anyone with a criminal history being around my children. They have contest for holidays, Community gatherings for holidays as well. Plain & Simple but Affordable These apartments offer the bare minimum as far as apartment residences are concerned. Each unit is pretty simplistic; offering only off white walls and fairly small bedrooms. Apartments are offered as one or two bedrooms and only one bath. Parking is good at this location as you can generally get a spot right in front of your building. The rent is very affordable which makes these apartments attractive to the average dweller.
