Horrible!!! Beware I must say. Their service is horrible. I have stayed in Rosewood for a year and whenever the time comes to pay my rent online their website is most outdated and the employees are most incompetent. The online rent payment option does not allow me to modify my amount as a result of which it is in their hands to control. They take forever to change anything. I called their office, I went to their office, called the main office they transferred to technical associates (and as usual did not receive their call) ... read more

Great for the rate This is one of the lower-cost complexes in town. It looks nice on the outside, but things inside are definitely low-cost. For us, the neighbors aren't bad, it works with our dog, and we pay our rent on time and they leave us alone, I don't think we could ask more than that. Maintenance is pretty responsive and the location is walking distance to the grocery store and Starbucks. If you have realistic expectations, Rosewood is great.
