Verified Renter Mostly fixed / certainly working well enough The Team came by on Monday to repair the hood fan in our kitchen. The fan now works 100% as expected when turned to “high”; the fan does not turn on when set to “low”. This is absolutely workable, as the real goal is to keep the air clear and prevent the smoke alarm from sounding. The current resolution accomplishes both of those goals.

Verified Renter Hard to reach maintenance Maintenace is less than zero. Dishwasher never worked properly. The upper rack was unusable. Only answer from maintennace team was its an old model that doesnt clean the upper rack. Why do we have the upper rack then

Verified Renter Overall living there was a decent experience. We had issues with how old the building was, including the popcorn ceilings that would flake all the time and when it rained wit would re-wet the paint on the ceiling and make it smell like paint for 1-2 weeks. We did enjoy how quiet the complex was and the gym was wonderful
