I called many times throughout the day , gave it time called again , left many voicemails. no one was answering the phone. i understand if you busy but it was really all day. that is sad if i was interested in this property i wouldn’t even be able to get a hold of them. management please work on that or get more staff. no one even returned my voicemails.
Go see Athena! She is awesome! Great location, single level homes with no one above you, great price for the area! Highly recommend!
I rented one of the one bedroom apartments here for a year. I loved the location as it’s right next to I-265 and some of my favorite restaurants are just a two minute drive away. Access to the apartments is a bit tricky as there’s only one entrance where you’re at the mercy of other drivers to let you in and out during rush hours. I had no trouble with neighbors, and these apartments only having one floor is what really sold me to rent here. The office staff are amazing. I rented one of their studios and had a pleasant experience during my year lease. If you are looking for reasonable rent in a great part of town Rosewood is a good choice. Not a luxurious location by any means but the neighborhood is quiet and I always felt safe. The unit felt cozy and I never had any issues with neighbors. I did however have some issues with ants in my unit after mulch was laid in the spring, and I had a week long battle with flies getting inside as well but these issues were dealt with by Athena and Johnny... read more
