Update as of Oct 2025. Still as good as ever! Portabella Crab Appetizer is amazing fyi! Been here many many times over the years. The food is outstanding at the Rosewater as alway. I've had almost everything on the current menu... Recommendations... Seafood Gumbo is fantastic; Louisiana Catfish on the menu is really good as well; Salmon is fantastic as well which I'm eating tonight; NY Strip I had last time I was here was one of the best steaks I've had in a long time; Rosewater Chicken is really outstanding as well. While staying at the Ray hotel had the opportunity to enjoy the rooftop amenities. I’ve been going there on vacation for over the last few years, and it’s always a great vibe and great people. The staff is always on their A game. My next to last day at the RAY hotel we had found a metal fastener of some sort in the ice in our drink at the pool, and told the manager.
