My father was here for rehab and the therapy team was wonderful to him. The staff are super friendly and treated him like family. The receptionist always made my day, I’m glad I chose this place to help get him back home stronger and healthier

Candy was an absolute dream to speak with . Went in today and she abounding down the front desk . Such a lovely soul .. hope to see you again one day .
My mother was a resident in the rehab side of Rosewalk, and I can't say enough about the care and support she received during her time there. The staff was attentive and compassionate, but I want to especially recognize Samantha, the Social Services Director who was absolutely fantastic. Samantha consistently went above and beyond to make sure my mom's needs were met—not just physically, but emotionally as well.
