Staff was unprofessional, my GMA room was dirty with leftover dirty sheets, the room toilet was dirty with urine on the seat. My GMA is a high fall risk and the care team had her in a bed with no rails well knownly she can fall or roll over out the bed.. that’s a safety risk they failed to provide.. there was 1 overnight LPN who was nice and respectful I’m unsure of her name.. I’ll be back for more
My father was here for rehab and the therapy team was wonderful to him. The staff are super friendly and treated him like family. The receptionist always made my day, I’m glad I chose this place to help get him back home stronger and healthier
