Considering they are short staffed , certain staff members were doing their very best to care for my brother ,who could be very picky , but then there were some aides who are there just for a check and are not there because they care for helpless people, I feel that in their training ( CNA 's ) need to be more compassionate and treat patients as they would want to be treated and helped , I realize how demanding their job is , to care for so many people, but ,a extra moment of kindness really keeps the patients ,who don't wan... read more
Rosewall did a great job at helping me get back on my feet with there rehab program. The therapy team is phenomenal and treat me like family. I will always come back
Where do I start? Such a wonderful facility. I did my rehab there and was treated with the best care! Awesome staffing and management. I also did my physical therapy there after I had coronoid surgery. The therapy team is awesome! Specifically Lucy and Ronnie. They were strict, patient, friendly and caring! They made my recovery process a wonderful experience! I’m forever grateful for them!
