My mother was a resident in the rehab side of Rosewalk, and I can't say enough about the care and support she received during her time there. The staff was attentive and compassionate, but I want to especially recognize Samantha, the Social Services Director who was absolutely fantastic. Samantha consistently went above and beyond to make sure my mom's needs were met—not just physically, but emotionally as well. I've had the pleasure of coordinating care with Samantha (Social Services Director) and Omar (Executive Director) on multiple occasions. They have always been strong patient advocates and our care has been successful in a large part due to them. I've felt welcomed from the beginning in this community and you should as well.
