This is not a place to call home. The grounds are unkept, the building itself is faulty, and the manager is very unprofessional and UNDER qualified for the position. Also, there is not a manager on-site which makes issues go unresolved.
Lived in these apartments for about 9 months, about two months ago or so the manager was fired for reasons unknown. We moved out due to the fact that there is a tennant who shall remain nameless, but works for the company as well, who took it upon himself to aim his finger like it was a gun and acted as if he was shooting my two year old son. Rose Vue apartments is place to call home, the manager is young, but takes care of everything in a timely matter. This probably one of the people she made leave to clean up the property!!!
