Don’t bother stopping in here! My husband and I were just in with our kids. Not a single employee acknowledged us with we were looking at the Yamaha waverunners. That’s fine....we will take our business elsewhere.
We’ve been buying our bikes and gear from Roseville Motorsports for years, they do a lot for the motorcycle industry and support the racing side of the business as well. They are always super friendly and greet us right when we come in. We moved to San Jose but still make the trip up to Roseville for our Moto needs.

Great experience.. I was greeted right when I walked in and that’s always a good feeling. I was able to wonder around without feeling like someone was following me around but I also was asked if I was doing ok and if I needed anything at just the right time.. Thanks..

Awful customer service. Walked in to check out a new mt 07 and not once was I acknowledged by any of the employees. I was there maybe only 5 minutes but not even a "hello" as I walked in or "have a nice day" as I left but as soon as someone they knew walked in the got chatty all of a sudden. I'll be taking my business elsewhere
