RecommendedThe reason I come back over and over again is that they are willing to discuss pricing. Pets can be very expensive, and even a nice budget can only stretch so far. Every time I ask they are willing to give us options, along with pros and cons. I once had a Dr talk me out of cleaning my older dogs teeth because of the expense and potential trauma. They walked away from a paycheck because they felt it was the right thing to do. That sticks with me.
Dr. Taylor and staff have always been so kind and friendly. They are very compassionate. I would recommend them highly.
The Roseville team was very pleasant, and was able to get our dog in for an appointment very quickly. They explained everything in an easy to understand way, and made sure we had everything we needed to continue providing care at home. They took good care of us and our dog during the whole experience, and even reached out to us after our appointment to check in and make sure our dog was doing alright.
My husband and I have been incredibly happy with the transparency, care, and expertise of the staff at Roseville. You guys took great care of our Diesel, and I know that he knew that too. I want to thank you all for being so wonderful and caring. I also want to thank you for the sympathy card. Our home will never be the same without Diesel, I’m just grateful that he had the most caring and gentle people to help him.
Last minute appointment for surgery. Staff is very courteous and detail oriented. My first experience there and I would definitely go back.
