It is such a nice change of pace to work with a locally-owned company that stands by their customers. We hired RSM in late 2023 to replace the HVAC system in our home. The installation went well - timely, polite employees, competitive price, quick and easy. When the system needed a warrantied repair, RSM was very responsive - they want above and beyond to bird-dog their supplier and do everything in their power to get the system up and running ASAP. We are very pleased with their service. HIRE LOCAL - it matters.
Use RSM!! Experienced and honest! Will always send an experienced service technician to your house to diagnose your HVAC system…not a sales guy. 3rd generation family owned business located near old town Roseville. Toni is always looking out for HVAC system owners and will unwaveringly suggest what’s in your best interest. We used RSM to replace our HVAC 10 years ago and I’d absolutely recommend them.

On Friday, January 3, 2025 @ 8 am, I called this company informing them that I had an issue with my furnace not working, and by 9 am, Denny, my service advisor, was here. Denny was truly knowledgeable, professional, and provided great service, and above all, he was very honest.
