Denny was truly knowledgeable, professional, and provided great service, and above all, he was very honest. It’s been over 10 years since I’ve seen customer service like this. These guys are doing it “Old School”. Not only were they the best in quality and price, but they are the best in keeping in contact and EVERY aspect of service that could exist. They’re miracle workers! They hooked it up with a brand new AC and I feel like this is what royalty feels like. Our 15 year old AC stopped working during this disgusting heat wave and even tho they couldn’t install the AC for a couple of weeks they gave us temporary portables for the time being, talk about kindness! It’s been about a month since they installed the new AC unit and it’s been a blessing!! Thanks for everything!
