Long time customer, replaced 25 yr old HVAC heat and air unit. Couldn’t be happier with company and new unit. One of most the most knowledgeable and customer- service centered companies I’ve ever worked with. Impressive team that was very efficient, gladly responded to questions, and carefully conducted its work. New HVAC system is light years better than prior. Wish I’d replaced system earlier. Highly recommend.
These people are so kind and prompt I could not recommend them more highly. As a senior I rely on them annually to light my pilot so I have heat. My unit is a 1987 model and Charlie knows just how to light a pilot that is very hard to reach. So grateful for their wonderful service! See you next year Charlie!

It is such a nice change of pace to work with a locally-owned company that stands by their customers. We hired RSM in late 2023 to replace the HVAC system in our home. The installation went well - timely, polite employees, competitive price, quick and easy. When the system needed a warrantied repair, RSM was very responsive - they want above and beyond to bird-dog their supplier and do everything in their power to get the system up and running ASAP. We are very pleased with their service. HIRE LOCAL - it matters.
Use RSM!! Experienced and honest! Will always send an experienced service technician to your house to diagnose your HVAC system…not a sales guy. 3rd generation family owned business located near old town Roseville. Toni is always looking out for HVAC system owners and will unwaveringly suggest what’s in your best interest. We used RSM to replace our HVAC 10 years ago and I’d absolutely recommend them.
