Bad deals stay away! Dishonest, criminals. Had a deal with Brian on an outlander 1000r. They ran my credit we had a done deal, told me to bring in the money at lunch the next day, drove the truck to work ready to get the new atv. Called me and said they sold it that morning to someone else. How do you sell to someone else when we have a deal not just verbal but they ran my credit gave me an inquiry. James and Brian are real pos.
Called and spoke with James, unfortunately he got sick and was not there when we arrived. Found the bikes that we had called about and was told we couldn’t buy them some one was thinking it over and not ready. I told them I was and would take the other color for the same price. The so called mgr agrees. We wait our turn for paper work only to be told that they only except cash or cashiers check. I followed the directions like their advertisement says I’ve signed up for financing some guy James called me back I filled in a blank for him he said he call me back it’s been 10 days no phone call back I’ve called five times and left a message no call back today I tried to call to a manager and not one available I understand you’re busy but no phone call back in 10 days is unacceptable
Came to Roseville motorsports yesterday to inquire about two jet ski’s. No one even bothered to come out of the office, I walked up to a guy behind the computer and asked him for some information about a seadoo. He told me that he does not deal with sales and had to ask for one of his coworkers. After walking around for about ten minutes no one in sales was to be found. This place went above and beyond for our family. Roseville Powersports rocks👍 Our son bought a 450R and a few days later my husband and I went back and bought a can am xrs. We wouldn’t go anywhere else. These guys are so friendly and helpful. Every person in there had a smile on their face. Thank you Roseville Powersports.
