Great practice, my daughter has needed specialized care the last 2 years since leaving the nicu after 3 months and they've been great every step of the way
practice went significantly downhill
We've never had to wait long, and all the staff we interact with is friendly. I got a same-evening sick appointment for my baby when I called, and the nurse consultation line and the lactation services are also helpful.
I'm amazed that people are still leaving 5 stars for Roseville! We have been going here for 10 years. There are a couple doctors that kept us from leaving because they were wonderful. But after several winters where our sick children could not be seen, we have decided to say good-bye. It is NOT OK that I need to call every morning at 8am and plead my case on how sick my child is to try and get seen that day. What an absolutely awful way to run your practice.
